The Collaborative
Founding Principles
Honesty
Founded in 2020, Anomaly Ink is an avid supporter of creative integrity over corporate greed. We’re excited to use our innovation to tackle ambitious projects across diverging medians, guide those unfamiliar with publishing, advertise for unknown authors and offer more back to authors, artists, and sellers alike. We are attempting to tilt the scales back to how they should be. We hope it works.
Quality
This company spawned from the failures of another self publisher to put out a quality product. Our founder was so horrified by the thought of pages falling out of books that he took to combining the perfect binding format with a variation of kettle stitching. Is it more time consuming? Yes. More costly? Yes. Number of pages lost? Zero.
Dedication
Every member of this coalition has been revising and editing their individual stories for well over a decade. We've killed a lot of trees behind our craft and forests quake to hear our names. In spite of being banned from rainforests worldwide we welcome the tradeoff. We love what we do and will see it through no matter what.
Business Sense
Creativity
Everyone involved at launch has drastically different stories drawing off a vast variety of inspiration. Our uniqueness in this aspect is why we thrive, all bringing forth different ideas for a bigger, better picture. Collaboration is a good thing partner.
Experience
Anomaly Ink respects a healthy skepticism. This is a new business but not the first business pioneered by the minds behind this initiative. The previous venture was acquired in May of 2017. It has turned a profit every year since its acquiescence. Rest easy. We've got it covered.
For the Children
Anomaly Ink will donate monthly to Operation Underground Railroad. Named after the network of safe houses and secret passages used by slaves escaping to the north, this organization operates as abolitionists for the modern day. They actively rescue individuals who have been abducted into the sex trafficking trade. Check out the site if you get the chance.
